My application

As you all know, there are only two things I like about BYU. The Mens Chorus and Men's Volleyball (but even then I prefer Pepperdine or Long Beach). Whenever I talk about my, many people like to ask the question, Did you apply to BYU? This was recently brought up again by my loving shi'ite uncle. Here is the answer. Yes I did apply, but only because I applied to BYU-Hawaii. Never once have I considered attending BYU, but I checked the box because you could apply to both schools, I even checked BYU-I which I would rank even lower on my list than Provo, because there was no extra charge on the application. You never know what will happen when it comes to college applications, the more the merrier. Plus, I think I would have been excommunicated for not applying to Provo!

There is the explanation for all you that have ever asked me that question. Dont try to use it against me...I was just being a good Eagle Scout. "Be Prepared"

D-man...nobody admits publicly that they love BYU Men's Chorus. We all really do like them but somewhere in the Man-Laws there is a rule that you have to act like "its for a class" or a hot girl wants you to take her...never, ever that you yourself want to go...voluntarliy...hmmmmm good thing you have a fiance' or there might be some wonder...weren't you just in San Francisco..teehee

I sang in the BYU Men's Chorus. (No, Keith, we did not sing Danger Zone or any other Kenny Loggins song). It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, seriously. I am comfortable admitting that.

Having said all that, I'm glad to hear that you confess your application to BYU (H, I, and/or P). Steve won't even admit it, so you're a step beyond him. The first step in repentance is recognition. The second is confession. You have completed the first two steps, Dixon!

Seriously, though, SUU is a good school and I'm happy you are there (and not at the U). I hear the T-birds have a great basketball future, with all their former BYU coaches/players.

I remember that application process when we wanted to go to hawaii before our missions. It was such a blessing not to go lol...what would they have turned us into? Actually...the problem would be what we would do to them! They couldn't handle us...nobody can...

I read in a book that Alec means "defender of the Universe." That is also what "superman" means...therefore, basic math...

if A=C, and B=C. A=B. Therefore, I=Alec=Superman...math is beautiful.

Thanks Mom. Thanks Dad. :) I'm catching up on our marathon. you know what i mean.
